About the SkyGrid beta program
SkyGrid Flight Control beta offers you a convenient way to try the pre-release version of the SkyGrid Flight Control app, and test drive our new features. The feedback you provide will help us improve the app. Enrolled devices will automatically receive updates for the latest beta version of SkyGrid Flight Control.
How do I participate in the beta program?
After signing up for the beta you will receive an email from Apple (no_reply@email.apple.com) and it should contain SkyGrid Flight Control Beta in the subject line. It will take 1-2 days to receive the Apple email.
Download TestFlight: Make sure that you have downloaded the TestFlight app. You will need this app to access the SkyGrid beta app. Here is the link to download TestFlight.
Check your email: Accept the invitation sent from Apple.
Check your Spam /Junk Folder: You should have received an email from Apple (no_reply@email.apple.com) to enable you to download the app from TestFlight. The email should contain “SkyGrid Flight Control Beta” in the subject line.
Email Filters: Do you have any filters set up that sort your emails? We have had a few people reach out with this issue and checking other filtered folders helped them locate the TestFlight email.
Tap "View in TestFlight" or "Start testing"
Tap "Install" or "Update"
What are the beta app requirements?
Availability: iOS devices only
Region: Global
Drones Not Supported: DJI Mini 2, DJI Air 2S, Mavic 3, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced. See drones supported here.
How long does it take to receive the email from Apple?
You will receive an email from Apple (no_reply@email.apple.com) within 1-2 days of signing up on the Become a SkyGrid Beta Tester page.

Are Android devices supported?
No, not yet. Our Android platform is planned and well underway in the development process. We will let you know of any updates via email and in the Discord #announcements channel.
How often will I receive beta updates?
You can expect to receive up to one update automatically per month while enrolled in the program.
